Why a Data Science Traineeship?
We listened to the feedback of our participants on our data science programs. Participants explained that they would like to have more experience, and wanted to explore if there was a fit between them and the possible future employer.
What does a Data Science Trainee do?
It depends on the future employer, it can vary between all the steps of a data science project, from getting and cleaning the data to building and visualizing the results of complete prediction models. Sometimes you work with more experienced data scientists.
How does it work?
If you successfully passed our application process, you will first start with 3 months training on data science skills, including hard and soft skills, leading to a Microsoft certification (Microsoft Professional Program certificate for Data Science). After those 3 months, you will get a 4 months contract (2500 EUR per month) with one of our customers. During these 4 months, you have the opportunity to come to one of our “community days” on which you can discuss your challenges and meet other data scientists and coaches. If your future employer and you are both happy with the fit, the future employer will offer you a contract. Are you interested? Then please drop us a note!

What does a Data Science Trainee do?
It depends on your needs; it can vary between all the steps of a data science project, from getting and cleaning the data to building and visualizing the results of complete prediction models. Data science trainees flourish when they are part of team.
How does it work?
The potential data science trainee has to pass our application process. During this process, you have the opportunity to interview this trainee, and to decide whether you would have interest in that person. Thereafter, they complete a 3 months training on data science skills, including hard and soft skills, leading to a Microsoft certification (Microsoft Professional Program certificate for Data Science). After those 3 months, you will get a 4 months contract (5000 EUR per month: 2500 EUR for the trainee, and 2500 EUR training costs) with DataChangers, and the data science trainee will work fulltime for you. During these 4 months, the trainee has the opportunity to come to one of our “community days” on which they can discuss their challenges and meet other data scientists and coaches. If you and your trainee are both happy with the fit, you can offer the trainee a contract according to your standards, without additional placement fees.
